This notice covers the operator demonstration form on statesense.co. It is deliberately short, because the form is deliberately small.
Only what the form asks for: your name, your work email address, your venue or group, your city and the type of venue. Nothing else, and nothing about you is gathered in the background.
The form does not send anything by itself. It composes a message and hands it to your own email application, so you send it, from your own account, to pilots@statesense.co. Until you press send in your mail app, nothing has left your device and we have received nothing.
To reply to you and to arrange a demonstration or a pilot conversation. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside StateSenseTM, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Your message stays in our business email for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
This notice is about operator enquiries only. Guest information collected inside a venue running StateShiftTM is governed by the agreement with that venue and is not covered here.
Write to pilots@statesense.co for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.
